Corstone Center for Resilient Living
The CorStone Center in Sausalito, California, offers a wide and growing range of services, including peer support groups, individual counseling, life coaching, trainings and workshops that guide participants toward greater emotional resiliency. Many of our programs are designed specifically for adults, children or families dealing with major life transitions, life-threatening illness, grief and loss, or conflict.
At the Center, we understand that people in personal crisis often become frozen in pain and fear. We work together to lessen feelings of isolation, let go of fears, and help you to have confidence in your own best insights about how to help yourself.
By providing simple tools, techniques, and a safe environment for validation – feeling heard and fully accepted – we enable people to take the actions they need to care for themselves. Our staff will perform a confidential comprehensive intake with you to help you determine which program might best fit your needs.
