Don Buder

Vice President

Don is a partner and attorney at MBV Law in San Francisco, CA, with a practice in corporate and business law, including commercial transactions, capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. His clients include both start-up ventures and larger Bay Area corporations engaged in a wide range of business enterprises.

Don graduated from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall School of Law) in 1980, where he served as Executive Editor of the California Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Princeton University in 1974. Don was a Fulbright Scholar at the Free University of Berlin in 1975-76, and was International Fellow at the Columbia University School of International Affairs in 1976-77. From 1980 through 1982 Don was an associate with the San Francisco law firm of Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe.

Don serves on the Board of Directors of numerous non-profit and philanthropic organizations. Don and his family reside in Mill Valley, CA.
